Potluck
May 17 - Beulah, CO
We’re not getting any younger. We love to share the experiences and places we love. And we love a good potluck. So we’re throwing one on Saturday May 17th, 2025 up in the Beulah Valley at the Pueblo Mountain Park to get the Grassroots Gravel community together and celebrate Adam’s 40th. Join us for rad routes, fun, food, games and hangs.

What to expect
Think of this as a potluck and party FIRST. We just happen to be sharing some UNSUPPORTED ride and hike route options if y’all want to sample them prior. This is for everyone. If you aren’t looking to ride or hike, just show up for the potluck and let’s hang!
It’ll be at the park’s ballfield so we have space for shenanigans like games and kickball. got some (unsupported) riding and hiking route suggestions for that morning if you’re after that sort of thing.
We’ll suggest some route meetup/depart times so folks can coordinate with new friends to explore with. Be sure to read the specifics of each route…some of these are far spicier and adventurous than typical gravel rides and Grassroots Gravel routes. Adam wanted to share some of the spicier flavors that he loves in this neck of the woods. There are milder options too!
What should you bring to share?
We’ll be bringing some hot dogs, chips, plates/cups, and NA bevs. Maybe Adam will bake some chocolate chip cookies too. Probably yes. We’ll also bring a bunch of water and hand sanitizer.
Bring something that makes sense for you, and bring enough to share some. A favorite snack, dish, etc. And plan to keep it food safe! Keep cold items cold and hot items hot!
We’re excited to share some of your favorites at one of our favorite places.
